Estina Harris oversees and provides quality control of all areas of programming, ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented. She oversees Residential, Day-Support, Sponsored Residential, and Program Directors, maintaining all program files and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's programming functions.

James Claiborne oversees the operations of United & Empowered Care. He ensures organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the business and administrative functions to assess and enhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processes. James also leads and motivates staff to achieve organizational objectives.
School/Training: Virginia State University

Valda Claiborne oversees all functions of United & Empowered Care and its Directors. She provides vision and direction for the company, which has resulted in growth and expansion in the past 16 years in business. Valda also works within the community to advocate for providers and the rights of the individuals served. She has worked extensively in this industry for years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
School/Training: Texas Southern University

Lucas coordinates and monitors the documentation process and writes Person-Centered Plans and assessments. . He also ensures organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's administrative, HR, financial, and business functions.

Charmaine Claiborne oversees Quality Control of all areas of programming. She maintains all program files and ensures organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s financial functions. She also ensures all compliance with individual rights, investigates incidents, monitors for safety, and serves as a liaison in the community.
School/Training: 15 years experience in ID/MH

Vivienne Baker is the director of administrative and day-to-day business operations. Vivienne is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background that includes executive fiscal administration (non-profit), branch bank management, and retail operations management.
School/Training: North Carolina Central University – 30 years of Service in the Financial Profession

Brian Jones Oversees Residential, Sponsored Residential, and Day Support Programs. He maintains the day-to-day operation of the residential facility and the day support facility; coordinates all services offered to each individual; monitors the implementation of programs; and ensures and supervises the implementation of a Person-Centered Plan.
School/Training: Livingstone college BA in sociology

Antonio Aderonmu oversees Community Engagement, Community Coaching, Day Support, Residential, and Sponsored Residential. He coordinates and monitors the documentation process and is responsible for writing Person-Centered Plans and assessments. He oversees nurses, double-checking MARs, progress notes, and medication orders/medical supplies. In addition, he advocates for individuals and makes program modifications as needed.
School/Training: Norfolk State University & Capella University
