Direct Support Professionals

3 pm - 11 pm and 11 pm - 7 am positions are available weekdays and some weekends. We also have a part-time 3 pm - 11 pm position and PRN positions. that are available. Responsible for assisting the Residential Program Manager with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in a group home setting. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; ensures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with the person-centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. 2 years experience and valid, active, and up to date driver's license; DMV record and Social Security Card is required.

Program Manager

Assists the Program Director with maintaining the day to day operations of the Residential Program; Maintains the staff scheduling, Monitors staff performance and provides feedback; Conducts assessments and Monitors quarterly Plans; works as the liaison between families, caseworkers, and guardians of the individuals; Monitors equipment and supplies; Evaluates individuals referred and receiving services; Monitors implementation of programs; Coordinates and monitors the documentation process; Orientates and trains supervisors; Investigates individual and staff incidents and completes required documentation; Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this position include strong supervision skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, community, and staff; investigative and interviewing skills; ability to analyze findings identify problems, and formulate solutions; possess caring and positive attitude; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities; 2 years supervisory experience. The Program Manager must serve as QMRP and must also possess a valid driver's license. This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations.

Assistant Executive Director

Responsibilities include Monitoring evolving practices in ID/DD services and providing leadership in implementing appropriate programmatic changes; Providing leadership in developing new services or expanding present services based on community needs; Providing leadership in the development and implementation of the budget including monitoring monthly financial performance against approved annual budget; Management of local billing practices, expenses, and revenue; Working with senior staff to ensure compliance in all areas with regulatory bodies including licensing, human rights, DMAS and community services boards and participates in the creation and implementation of corrective action plans that result from licensing reviews; Manages Developmental Services personnel directly or through others, including hiring, training, development, supervision, evaluation, guidance, discipline, and discharge in keeping with organizations human resources practices and policies.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology or Social Work with a minimum of 5 years Senior Level Management experience in the Intellectual Disability (ID)/Developmental Disability (DD) community.
