Direct Support Professional
All Shifts needed for weekends, and 3-11 and 11-7shifts on weekdays. Responsible for assisting the Residential Supervisor with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in a group home and or day support setting. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; ensures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with a person-centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. 2 years experience and valid, active and up to date drivers license are required.
Responsible assisting the Program Director of the Lynchburg office, with the efficient running of the executive office. Duties include answering phones and taking messages, filing, making copies, maintaining and creating personnel binders, document tracking, ordering & picking up office supplies, taking inventory, mail distribution, data entry, creating spreadsheets and training schedules, assisting sponsored providers as needed, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position are good oral and written communication skills, High School diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year administrative assistant experience, ability to work with Microsoft office suite, create spreadsheets and power point, must be able to multi-task and possess organizational skills, and successful completion of a criminal history and child registry background check.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Lynchburg office. Oversee the Program Coordinators and monitor implementation of the programs, Coordinate and monitor the documentation process, and writing Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies. Market for Sponsors and Individuals. Communicates regularly with the community and makes presentations at the CSBs and various facilities. Meets regularly with facilit directors and staff. Completes Sponsor Home Inspections on a regular basis. Evaluates individuals referred and receiving services. Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience in human services required. Must serve as QMRP and possess a valid drivers's license
